Forest Bathing: May 16

When we learn to embrace the world as kin, we discover our true home.

Nature Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing, is a guided immersion in nature that uses the senses to raise awareness and promote a sense of connectedness. Scientific studies have proven that it has many health benefits.

Facilitator Anne Markham Bailey has decades of experience with contemplative practices and finds Nature Therapy helps people move from simply thinking to existing, and to developing a stronger appreciation of the mystery of life. When we notice the details of our deep connection to nature, we benefit physically, mentally, and spiritually.
